The closing date for entries is 31 March 2015 and no late entries will be accepted.
Entries only permitted on www.fairlady.com. Entries sent by mail, fax, registered mail or any other means will be disqualified.
Couples whose wedding dates were between 1 January 2015 and 31 March 2016, and who got married in South Africa are eligible to enter.
Photograph must be in colour and no bigger than 4MB.
Any entrants who are no longer married at the time of the final judging will be disqualified, and if the winners’ marriage breaks down before the prizes are taken up, the prizes will be forfeited to other contestants.
Entries and photographs become the property of FAIRLADY BRIDE magazine and will not be returned. All photographs may be published online or in FAIRLADY and FAIRLADY BRIDE magazine.
Winners and finalists must be prepared to be photographed or filmed for other media for purposes related to this competition.
The prize is valid until 17 April 2017 and is subject to availability. Prize is non-transferrable, non-redeemable for cash, non-upgradeable and cannot be extended (all peak seasons and school holidays excluded).
A person who is (a) a director, member, partner, employee or agent of or consultant to Media24 (Ltd) or (b) a spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of those listed in (a) may not participate in this competition.
The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes are not transferrable and may not be exchanged for cash.
Delivery of prizes takes six weeks after notification.
Media24 (Ltd), its directors and employees, the competition sponsors, their families and promotional agencies will not be held responsible for any loss and/or injury that may befall entrants as a result of entering the competition or taking up the prizes.
By entering this competition, each entrant/couple agrees to abide by all the rules.
The competition is subject to applicable legislation and regulations and to the extent that any aspect of this competition may offend against such legislation or regulation, such aspect shall be and to the extent necessary, the promoter shall be entitled to substitute any prize.
